About artist:
Born in 1928 in Mała D±brówka - Górny ¦l±sk. In 1947 he graduated from the Secondary School of Art. The same year he started to study at Academy of Fine Art at the Faculty of Painting in Kraków in atelier of Eugeniusz Eibisch, Jerzy Fedkowicz and Wacław Taranczewski. He got his Diploma in 1953. From 1965 to 1967 was a member of the "Arkat" group. He got about twenty Individual Exhibitions and about fifty Collective Exhibitions in Poland (e.g. Arsenał, Warszawa, 1955) and abroad (e.g. VII Spotkania Sztuki Współczesnej, Saint- Auvent, Paryż, 2004).
His works could be find in Wrocław Museum, Szczecin, Bytom, Katowice, Galeria Sztuki Zachęta in Warsaw and in private collections in country and abroad.
