About artist:
Marian Jarzemski was born in 1951 in Radom. He is graduated of Academy of Fine Art in Wrocław in atelier of Prof. Konrad Jarodzki. His Diploma works were presented during Diploma 80 Exhibition in Warsaw in "Zachęta" Gallery. In 1980 Marian Jarzemski started his career as academic teacher in Częstochowa Pedagogic Academy, presently he is the Professor leading his own painting atelier. For the long time he has been the Chairman of the Polish Artist Association in Częstochowa.
He is creating both easel and architectural paintings in his own structural techniques. He is painting lands as a special sign and structural vision so his landscape is near to a symbol.
Each paintings of Marian is represented in clear, harmonic composition with great attention for light, expressions of substance and experience of space and colour. One of the most important role in Marian's art plays works created in enamel on plate technique. This technique - known for more than 5.000 years, has been developed by the artist by adding structural element distinguishing his individual style. He works also in mosaic techniques.
He is participating in international symposiums. Marian's paintings were presented during art exhibitions in Poland, Germany, France, USA, Slovak and Czech Republic.
