About artist:

Born in 1958 in Ostrówsk. He was studing at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. He got a diploma in a studio of sculpture under the supervision of Professor Jerzy Januszkiewicz in 1983.
In 1991 TVP Cracow realized a film about his output, directed by Jerzy Biały.
In 1991 and 1992 he was a holder of a scholarship of the Ministry of Culture and Art.
Since 1993 it is exposed a constance exhibition of Gromada's paintings in a Gallery of the Tatra Museum attached to the Tetmajer's mansion-house in Łopuszna.In 1994 was awarded the St. Albert prize - sacral painting domain.
In 1997 TVP ŁódŸ realized the film about his output, under the title "Kiedy Ci zagasnę", directed by Piotr Słowikowski.
His paintings were availed in TV programes dedicated to contemporary poetry.
From 1998 to 1999 he realized a monumental painting of altar in The St. Brother Albert Church in the Niwa parish in Nowy Targ.
